The Dentoflex implants are produced in
commercially pure grade II titanium. They
are tryple-packed for greater safety to the
professional and patient.
Models: cylindrical and conic, in three platform
versions – internal and external hexagon,
and Morse Cone – and in two forms: regular
series and gold series, matching all implantodontists’
needs.
1. Cylindrical Implant
Recommended for implantation when there is a
lapse of time between the dental extraction and
the implant surgery. Produced in commercially
pure F-67 grade II titanium, blasted with aluminum
oxide and acid passivation. Porous surface (PS).
Tip incremental cut (TIC), which keeps the cutting
characteristics for easier implantation.
With internal thread diameter of 2,00mm.
Composition:
implant, covering screw, plastic cover, with
assembler (gold series) and without assembler
(regular series). 60 gamma-cobalt rays sterilized.
With indicative sterilization seal in orange color on
the internal tubette base, which, when submitted
to the 60 gamma-cobalt rays, changes to red color.
Triply packed.
Instructions of Use
2. Morse Cone Implant
Recommended for unitary implants and cemented
or screwed small fixed prosthesis from 2 to 5 teeth,
removable prosthesis with at least 2 implants,
screwed or cemented fixed prosthesis over 5 teeth
and screwed extensive fixed prosthesis over 5 teeth.
Instructions of Use
3. Conical Implant
Most recommended for implantation immediately
after dental extraction.
It is recommended for areas adjacent to teeth with
converging roots. Produced in commercially pure
titanium, F-67 grade II, blasted with aluminium
oxide and acid passivation. Porous surface (PS).
Tip incremental cut (TIC), which keeps the cutting
characteristics making the implantation easier.
With internal thread diameter of 2.00mm. Square
external thread.
Composition: implant, covering
screw, plastic cover, with assembler. 60 cobaltgamma
rays sterilized. With sterilization indicative
seal in orange color on the internal tubette base
which, when submitted to 60 cobalt-gamma rays,
changes to red color. Triply packed.
Instructions of Use
4. Flex Implant
Gathering resistance, absence of micro spaces and
square thread, the Flex Implant is intended for the application
of immediate charge function, resulting in
the implant being joined to the prosthetic component.
Surface with hybrid treatment. Self-screwable. Triply
packed.
Greater mechanical resistance. Absence of micro
spaces. Universal prosthesis fixing screw (2mm).
Little surgical time. Porous surface.
Presentation: Pre-assembled.
Instructions of Use
5. Immediate Temporary Implant
The Dentoflex temporary implant comes as a prosthetic
alternative for temporary retention of overdentures,
through cementable O’Rings or trunnions
for unitary or fixed prosthesis. It features a special
thread and active tip which enables its activation just
after insertion, offering much more comfort, retention
and, in selected cases, protecting the integrity
of the osseointegrable implants during the healing
period, halting overloads.
Produced in ASTM-F-136 GRADE V titanium, they
can be placed before, and/or during the insertion of
the permanent implants.
Instructions of Use
6. Zygomatic Implant
The Dentoflex zygomatic implants are produced in
two models, one destined to the exteriorized technique
(it does not have thread on the part in contact
with the soft tissue) and the other one when the
intrasinusal technique is applied, with thread on all
active body.
These implants come as an alternative
to the graft reconstructions and to the treatment of
the atrophic maxillas using the areas of osseous
availability with palatine access.
Instructions of Use
7. Orthodontic Miniscrew
In order to match orthodontists’ needs in anchorage,
the Dentoflex orthodontic miniscrew was developed
in an anatomic and self-screwable shape, making
its installation easier.
It is recommended as anchorage for several types
of movements like: intrusion, extrusion, retraction,
protration and verticalization.
